Own land here, or buying from afar?
Many island blocks are owned by people who live elsewhere, and many buyers can't easily visit before they buy. We're local, so we can be your eyes on the ground.
What we can help with
- Block checks before you buy: photos and video of the block, access, slope and drainage signs, and links to the council maps to check.
- Owner care: checks after storms, photo reports, and arranging mowing and clearing through local contractors before council notices arrive.
- Finding local trades: builders, septic services, pest control and surveyors.
What we don't do
We don't value land, give sale advice, negotiate or manage rentals. For those, use a licensed real estate agent or professional.
